Brooke supports children and adolescents (6-12 years and 13-19 years), by helping young people navigate the challenges of growing up whilst nurturing their wellbeing. By working closely with the young person’s parents and educational setting, Brooke ensures that their best interests are at the forefront, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances therapeutic outcomes. Specialising in a holistic and warm therapy style, Brooke integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to her client’s needs. She has extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), ensuring a robust and versatile approach to treatment.

With over 10 years of experience working in both schools and private practice, Brooke brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to held psychology. Holding a master's degree in educational and developmental psychology, Brooke is a general psychologist and board-approved supervisor registered with AHPRA, ensuring the highest standards of professional practice. Brooke’s compassionate and personalised approach makes her a trusted and effective partner in the journey toward mental health and personal growth. Brooke also spends her time working at an independent school as a psychologist in their wellbeing team and is a dedicated mother of two young children.

Accredited by the Secret Dogs Business, Lenny has been a beacon of comfort and joy in schools and practices, working closely with children and adolescents. His calming presence and gentle nature make him an exceptional therapy dog, bringing smiles and a sense of peace to everyone he meets.

With years of experience, Lenny has become an integral part of school and private practice communities. His intuitive ability to sense and respond to the emotional needs of students has made him a beloved companion and a vital support in promoting mental wellbeing.
